By browsing this gallery or finalizing an acquisition through our secure checkout, the user unconditionally accepts and binds themselves to these legal terms. This agreement constitutes a legally enforceable contract between the collector and Artify International. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services or completing a purchase.
Intellectual Property & Digital License
All digital art assets, masterworks, and accompanying Certificates of Authenticity are the exclusive intellectual property of Artify International. The purchase grants the collector a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for high‑resolution printing solely for personal display.
Commercial reselling, redistribution, or digital duplication of the files is strictly prohibited and legally actionable. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Absolute Finality of Sale
Because fulfillment delivers immediate download access to digital files, every single transaction is permanent, non‑reversible, and 100% non‑refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the product details and that you waive any right to a refund or return.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Enforcement
Artify International is not liable for any printing errors, color variations, or quality inconsistencies caused by third‑party print shops. Collectors are responsible for verifying the capabilities of their chosen printing service.
Any user who violates these terms by filing fraudulent chargebacks will have their digital access revoked, and their compliance profile will be submitted directly to jurisdiction authorities. This document serves as verified legal consent to all terms outlined herein, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
